DRAMAN PATROL CRAFT

Draman Patrol Craft. Small interplanetary police vessel used by Demos, head of security on the planet Dramia. Demos used this craft to follow the U.S.S. Enterprise to Dramia II on Stardate 5275.6. He intended to prevent the Enterprise crew from investigating the plague that struck the planet in 2251. Captain Kirk tricked Demos into piloting his patrol craft into the Enterprise's hangar deck whereupon Demos was charged with stowing away on the starship. This patrol craft design had a one-man cockpit and presumably had sufficient room in the aft compartment for the accomodation of one or more prisoners. ("Albatross").
